Apollo is a full service multi sports advisory and management business whose mission it is to spearhead the evolution of how sports men and women are represented and supported.
It was founded and is owned by a lawyer and managing director of a UK law firm who is a licensed football intermediary and boxing agent.
Apollo differentiates through a lawyer led professional service approach and as trusted advisors underpinned by integrity and client care and offers a personalised and connected 360 offering for its clients focussing in four primary areas:
Lawyer led professional services - in all sports including legal advice ,financial planning support, scouting and club/team placement, consultancy, management of image rights and negotiating commercial deals and contracts.
Lawyer led football agent services - defined by FIFA as services to a client in conducting a transaction including the employment of a player or coach, transfer of the registration of a player from 1 club to another or the creation, termination or variation of an individual’s term of employment.
Football agent contractual advice - given the far reaching changes to the agency industry FIFA advise all clients to take independent legal advice before entering into a contract with an agent.
Mentoring and wellbeing support - cognitive development, wellbeing support and concierge services

Change is coming...
The industry of representing sports clients is in need of change.
Too many athletes are treated as short-term assets and their welfare and futures are not adequately protected.
In football for example, it is widely accepted that it was a mistake to deregulate agents in 2015 and there is a big push to introduce a formal licensing regime to “raise professional standards” among intermediaries.
Many intermediaries have limited or no legal background and rely on lawyers as part of a disconnected team and service.
On 16th December 2022 FIFA approved new regulations which will provide the regulatory framework governing football agents and the performance of football agent services worldwide.
With effect from 1 October 2023 only licensed agents by FIFA may perform football agent services.
These changes will be seismic and far more reaching than people realise.
